Mr Letlisa, well known for two distinct characters; great sense of humor and a strong, disciplined attitude to Agency's work. Mr Letlisa is also an Academician and a part-time Lecturer at the National University of Lesotho-IEMS. Having trotted youth development initiatives, Mr Letlisa continues to add wisdom to critical agency programs.
